When the new library opens in Clapham High Street, the historic Victorian building on Clapham Common North Side will be looking for a new purpose. The question is, should the old library be saved for local people to use?
OMNIBUS is working with Lambeth Council to ensure everyone in the community can continue to use the old library. They are a group of local arts enthusiasts who want to develop the old library building into a small but impressive arts centre for Clapham.
