Your local Ferndale Labour Councillors have been doing to campaign for better services and investment on your estate

As your Ferndale Councillors we regularly conduct "Estate Walkabouts" where we and council officers responisble for your estate and it's upkeep walk around your estate, spots issues which need to be fixed and then get them fixed!
Residents are welcomed to join us and point out issues when we "walkabout". We'll put up the dates we're visiting your estate on our website- so please join us!

For Waltham Estate (Tenant Management Organisation under URH) we been informed the TMO under URH have done the following:

Exterior- Made the car park for residents clean and accessible
